Michael is a Senior Associate at Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP with over 23 years of general litigation experience.
Throughout his career Michael has represented clients both as plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of cases, primarily in personal injury, insurance defense, corporate, construction, products liability, and municipal cases. Michael also has experience in handling matters concerning medical malpractice, insurance coverage, real estate, lead paint and asbestos litigation.
He currently concentrates his practice at the firm in the areas of trucking and transportation law, products liability and general insurance defense litigation.
In his free time, Michael is passionate about supporting, coaching and promoting youth sports opportunities in Western New York. He continues to hold several leadership positions in organizations providing youth sports programs in Football, Cheerleading, Lacrosse, Wrestling and Flag Football in and around his hometown.
