Kristin is a founding partner with over 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation. Her practice is focused on representing clients in contested matters from pre-suit strategy through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
An accomplished trial attorney, Kristin is known for her strategic approach, careful preparation, and effective advocacy in the courtroom. She has handled a wide range of litigation matters and regularly represents clients in high-stakes disputes, combining tenacity with sound judgment to achieve favorable results.
In addition to her trial practice, Kristin handles general litigation defense matters and advises clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
As an alternative to traditional litigation, Kristin also maintains an active practice in mediation and collaborative dispute resolution. She has received specialized training in mediation and collaborative processes and regularly assists parties in resolving complex disputes efficiently and effectively outside of court.
She remains actively involved in the legal community serving on committees with the Erie County Bar Association and on the Board of the Assigned Counsel Program. She is committed to advancing professional excellence and ethical advocacy.
Kristin also volunteers her time in service to the local community, including serving as the current President of the Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association.
