Robert D. Bannister is an Associate awaiting admission to the New York Bar at Bennett Schechter Arcuri & Will LLP. Mr. Bannister recently passed the New York Bar examination and will be admitted to practice law in June 2023. Primarily, Mr. Bannister works on complex tort litigation actions including trucking and transportation law, toxic torts, product liability, and insurance defense litigation. Additionally, he assists in matrimonial matters.
Mr. Bannister is a Buffalo native and an alumnus of Canisius High School. For his undergraduate education, he attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. For his legal education, Mr. Bannister attended the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Bannister had the opportunity to clerk at a preeminent Miami Area firm renowned for their practice in cruise line personal injury litigation and another Miami Area personal injury firm known for their exceptional practice in negligent security.
